Flowers

 If you look close at the vase of flowers you will notice it actually stands out more then everything else in the picture because it is in black and white. No the flowers were not pasted into the picture, the flowers/vase was selected using the magic wand tool then the colors were adjusted in the image/mode in photoshop.
